Program Overview¶
The one-page case for the program. Use this to brief a partner, open a sales conversation, or orient a new facilitator.
The problem¶
Most companies know AI matters but are stuck. They've tried ChatGPT a few times, maybe bought some seats, and seen no durable change. The gap isn't motivation — it's the absence of a structured path from curiosity to capability to an actual operating system that runs on their own data. Tools are everywhere; a program that sequences awareness → literacy → tools → engineering → cloud → OS is not.
The promise¶
A company that completes this program comes out the other side operating its own Analytica AI OS — an AI layer over its memory, reasoning, connectors, and management — staffed by people who are literate and a workflow that's already automated. They don't just "use AI." They run on it.
The shape¶
Six stages, twelve modules, modular and on-demand, recommended in sequence. Each module is a session that ends in an artifact the company keeps. The artifacts accumulate into the prerequisites for the OS, so the program is the OS's readiness pipeline. The OS deployment (M12) is the finale and the commercial heart — everything before it de-risks and earns the right to it.
Why it scales¶
- Identical module structure → predictable to deliver → trainable facilitators.
- Hub-as-source-of-truth → slides, handouts, and the app all derive from the same markdown.
- Outputs are templated → a company's progress is legible without a meeting.
- A software platform (planned, reusing the Founder Program app) → self-serve modules + gate tracking remove the facilitator from the low-leverage parts.
Where it sits in the ecosystem¶
- Front of funnel: this program creates aware, literate, ready companies.
- Engine: the Analytica AI OS is what gets deployed at the end.
- Capital: the Utopia AI Fund can finance or take upside in companies that deploy the OS.
- Reusable platform: the Founder Program app provides the cohort/role/progress machinery.
Success metrics¶
- Activation: % of companies that pass Gate 1 (committed) within 2 weeks of discovery.
- Literacy: weekly active Claude users per company after Stage B.
- Build: # of live automations / connectors per company after Stage D.
- Conversion: % of Gate-4 companies that proceed to an OS deployment (M12).
- Scale: companies in-program concurrently per facilitator; later, per platform.
