Objective

Extend Claude beyond its own knowledge: use Skills to add capabilities, and Connectors (MCP) to let Claude reach the company's own tools and data — and act on them.

Why it matters

This is the hinge of the whole program. Until Claude can touch the company's calendar, email, files, database, or SaaS, it's generic. Connectors make it the company's AI — and connectors are exactly what the Analytica AI OS is built from.

Learning outcomes

By the end, participants can: - Explain what a Skill is and invoke/use one. - Explain MCP in plain terms and what a connector does. - Connect Claude to at least one real tool or data source. - Query and act on that source through Claude. - Reason about which company systems are worth connecting first.
