Objective

Score the company against the AI Maturity Model and turn the result into a prioritized, recommended path through the program.

Why it matters

You can't recommend a path without a baseline. This is also the re-score reference point used to prove movement at Gate 3 and after M12.

Learning outcomes

By the end, the company has: - A 1–5 score on each of the five dimensions (Data, Tools, Skills, Process, Leadership) with evidence. - An understanding of which dimensions are their constraints. - A recommended starting stage and module sequence.
