Objective

Map the company's data and systems and wire the important ones into Claude safely — building the connective tissue the OS will stand on.

Why it matters

The OS is only as good as what it can see. A clear data/tool map plus a couple of real integrations is the backbone of M12. Low Data maturity (≤2) makes this the hardest stage — flag it early (see M02).

Learning outcomes

By the end, builders can: - Produce a map of the company's systems, data, and where it lives. - Prioritize sources by value and feasibility. - Connect a real source via MCP server / API safely (scopes, secrets, least privilege). - Document each integration so it's reproducible.
